Temporary Contract - Account Coordinator

The-Lowdown are on the lookout for an energetic and proactive Account Coordinator to join a fun team and deliver impressive work to our awesome clients for a three month contract working in a full-time capacity!

 

About the role:

We’re looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can collaborate with our team to ensure client success.

In this role, you will partner with an Account Director and Account Manager to service client accounts through key deliverables including advertising, content briefing, social media management and reporting.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working in a similar role or you have recently graduated and are looking for your first role in the marketing space.

Having a keen interest in both marketing and automotive sectors, paired with a hunger to develop will see you develop into a core part of The-Lowdown team for years to come. 

 

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Create and place social media content across client channels
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager and Senior Account Coordinator in the planning, organisation and execution of various projects and campaigns for owned channels and client channels
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of client marketing activities
  • Lead and manage client social media engagement and manage client social media channels
  • Draft and edit copy for client marketing campaigns
  • Assist with gathering data for marketing reports
  • Support a variety of marketing and advertising programs
  • Assist with the development of creative concepts and develop client and creative briefs including photography, videography, websites
  • Assist with writing and designing email marketing campaigns for clients
  • Maintain and update website content for clients when required
  • Work alongside the sales team to explore opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Report to a Account Director and Account Manager
  • Develop and output client reporting, analyse data and identify opportunities for client growth and account growth
  • Understand trends, insights and best media practices across all relevant platforms
  • Help evolve & shape our internal processes and systems
  • Be able to use CRM systems to log and manage daily activity

 

Here’s what you’ll look like:

  • Recently graduated in media and/or marketing or existing experience at a media company or marketing agency
  • You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, plus interpersonal interaction skills – being able to simplify marketing mechanisms and present it back to the clients in a digestible and professional way is a must
  • You’ll present well and can talk through marketing strategies, reports, creative concepts and briefs
  • You’re prepared to work as a team to find the best solutions to problems
  • You must be digitally adept, with CRM experience and an understanding of all social media and advertising platforms
  • You’re passionate, self-motivated and willing to take lead and make something your own
  • You’re well organised and have great problem-solving skills
  • You must be a team player
  • You’ll have a strong interest of the automotive industry
  • You have a good work ethic and aren’t afraid to take initiative
  • You’ll have full Australian work rights and a valid drivers license
