Graphic Designer

The-Lowdown are on the lookout for an energetic and creative Graphic Designer to join a fun team and deliver impressive work to our awesome clients!

 

About the role:

This is a new role to provide in house design and artwork services for The-Lowdown Agency and its clients.

The role will be to provide advice and final artwork design for various marketing materials to ensure clear messages to the end user.  Outputs will include brochures, catalogues, advertising material, social media posts, websites, sales tools and more.

Having a keen interest in both graphic design and automotive sectors, paired with a hunger to develop will see you develop into a core part of The-Lowdown team for years to come. 

 

Selection Criteria:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in graphic design
  • Extensive knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop including image editing
  • Photography experience is advantageous
  • Web design skills are also advantageous
  • Experience designing, producing and delivering design pieces in line with the brief and brand guidelines
  • Ability to deliver high quality, consistent artwork across all consumer touch points – from print to digital
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on strong communication and collaboration
  • High attention to detail throughout all creative and production processes
  • Print ready production experience across catalogues, advertisements, billboards and other
  • Experience with digital file development for website, social media including basic animation
  • Management of assets including image gallery
  • Project management skills and prioritisation
  • You’re passionate, self-motivated and willing to take lead and make something your own
  • You’re well organised and have great problem-solving skills
  • You must be a team player
  • You’ll have a strong interest of the automotive industry
  • You have a good work ethic and aren’t afraid to take initiative
  • You’ll have full Australian work rights and a valid drivers license

Account Manager

This is a full-time role in our Sydney based office. The Salary Guide is $70,000 – $100,000 per annum.

About the role:

We’re looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can collaborate with our team to ensure client success.

 

You’ll be leading key accounts from a strategic level whilst being the conduit between our team and our clients – so being a team player is a must!

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Lead client accounts from a strategic level
  • Project manage campaigns and deliverables by briefing our creative and marketing team
  • Communicate frequently with clients and host client meetings; ensuring excellent levels of service
  • Work with our creative, social, advertising and SEO team to execute marketing strategies for your clients
  • Oversee the development of creative concepts and develop client and creative briefs including photography, videography, websites
  • Work alongside the sales team to explore opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Report to a senior Account Director and the Managing Director
  • Manage project and campaign financials – budget control, forecasting, invoicing and reconciliation
  • Develop and output client reporting, analyse data and identify opportunities for client growth and account growth
  • Understand trends, insights and best media practices across all relevant platforms
  • Help evolve & shape our internal processes and systems
  • Be able to use CRM systems to log and manage daily activity

 

Here’s what you’ll look like:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated account management or client relationships at an agency or media company
  • You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, plus interpersonal interaction skills – being able to simplify marketing mechanisms and present it back to the clients in a digestible and professional way is a must
  • You’ll present well and can talk through marketing strategies, reports, creative concepts and briefs
  • You’re prepared to work as a team to find the best solutions to problems
  • You must digitally adept, with CRM experience and an understanding of all social media and advertising platforms
  • You’re passionate, self-motivated and willing to take lead and make something your own
  • You’re well organised and have great problem-solving skills
  • You must be a team player
  • You’ll have a strong interest of the automotive industry
  • You have a good work ethic and aren’t afraid to take initiative
